Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of Codlinh10's platform and services by all customers and their users. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Messaging standards
Consent requirements
- You must obtain explicit, documented opt-in consent from every contact before sending them business-initiated WhatsApp messages
- You must provide a clear, easy opt-out mechanism in every marketing message
- You must honour opt-out requests immediately and permanently
- You must not re-add contacts who have opted out
Message content standards
- All messages must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Messaging Policy
- Message templates must accurately represent their content — you may not mislead Meta during the approval process
- Messages must be relevant to the customer's consent — you may not send marketing messages to contacts who only consented to transactional updates
- All required disclosures (pricing, terms, etc.) must be clearly included where applicable
2. Prohibited content
You may not use Codlinh10 to send messages containing:
- Illegal content, including content promoting illegal drugs, weapons, or services
- Sexually explicit or adult content
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech
- Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
- Content that violates any third party's intellectual property rights
- Malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Content promoting gambling or lottery schemes without appropriate licensing
3. Prohibited businesses and use cases
Codlinh10 may not be used by or for:
- Businesses whose primary activity is illegal under Indian law
- Debt collection using harassing, abusive, or unfair practices that violate RBI Fair Practices Code
- Cryptocurrency or token sale promotions without appropriate regulatory compliance
- Tobacco, alcohol, or age-restricted product promotion without age verification
- Multi-level marketing schemes
- Surveillance, stalking, or non-consensual tracking of individuals
4. Technical restrictions
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- Do not use automated tools to access the platform beyond normal API usage
- Do not interfere with the platform's infrastructure or other customers' operations
- Do not share API keys or credentials with unauthorised parties
- Do not use the platform to test or probe for security vulnerabilities
5. Meta policy compliance
As a WhatsApp Business API customer, you are also subject to Meta's policies. Your account may be suspended by Meta independent of Codlinh10 if you violate Meta's policies. We recommend reviewing Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, Commerce Policy, and Messaging Policy regularly.
Important: WhatsApp™ is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp Business API must not suggest endorsement by or affiliation with Meta beyond the factual use of the API.
6. Reporting violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP — by your own account or another — please report it to security@codlinh10.in. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
7. Consequences of violations
Violations of this AUP may result in: warning and remediation request; temporary account suspension; permanent account termination without refund; reporting to Meta (which may independently suspend your WhatsApp Business Account); and/or reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
