Our story
Codlinh10 was founded in 2021 in Pune, Maharashtra, with a clear and focused mission: bring enterprise-grade messaging infrastructure within reach of Indian SMBs and growing businesses.
We watched as global messaging platforms offered their services to Indian businesses — but always with a catch. Pricing in USD, support in time zones that don't match IST, data stored in servers far outside India, and zero understanding of the Indian regulatory landscape. The DPDP Act, TRAI regulations, GST invoicing requirements, and RBI guidelines for financial messaging were afterthoughts — if they were considered at all.
We built Codlinh10 to fix this. We started with WhatsApp Business API — the single most impactful messaging channel for Indian businesses — and built an entire platform around it with India-first defaults: DPDP Act compliance, India data residency, INR pricing with GST invoices, and a support team that understands Indian business needs.
Today, we are building directly on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform infrastructure. We are onboarding our first customers, and we are building toward becoming the default messaging infrastructure for ambitious Indian businesses.
